With 20 years experience across many different industries in both large organisations and SMEs, I am a consultant and business coach who's passionate about seeing growth within the SME sector. By sharing the secrets of large, successful companies with you, we can work together to achieve and even surpass your goals
After studying business management in university, I've gained my experience from working in retail, defence, transport, insurance and telecommunications industries in strategy, operations, sales and change roles. This means I've had the chance to work with thousands of people and across many projects - I've seen what works well and what really doesn't work well.
